What if either of our Zeta Joint Cards are lost, stolen or damaged?

No problem at all! You can freeze and request a new card directly from the Zeta Joint Cards app!

First, click on your team name in the upper left hand corner, then scroll down to the Card Management section of the settings menu. From there, you can easily manage your card. To be extra safe, feel free to reach out to your Zeta Concierge!
