What if either of our Zeta Debit Cards are lost, stolen or damaged?

No problem at all! You can freeze and request a new card directly from the Zeta app! There is a $5 fee for replacement cards. For more information see our fee schedule.

First, click on your team name in the upper left-hand corner, then scroll down to the Card Management section of the settings menu. From there, you can easily manage your card.

If you would like to keep your current card active and continue using it while the new one arrives, choose 'damaged' as the reason when replacing it in-app. Then when your new one arrives and you activate it, your old one will then automatically deactivate at that time.
