There is no cost from Zeta for using Apple Pay. However, you must have an active data plan. Based on your wireless plan and your mobile carrier's offering, additional message and data charges may apply. The Zeta Mastercard Debit Card terms and conditions and the Deposit Account Agreement apply to purchases. Zeta does not charge any fees to add your Zeta Mastercard Debit Card to Apple Pay.

You can make a return the same way that you would with any other card transaction by contacting the merchant directly. We recommend that you bring the device that you used to make the purchase when returning items purchased with Apple Pay.

What should I do about Apple Pay if my Zeta Mastercard Debit Card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, you can temporarily block your card in the Zeta app. This feature immediately prevents new purchases and ATM transactions on your Zeta Mastercard Debit Card. We will help you replace your lost or stolen card and ensure that your lost or stolen card in Apple Pay is replaced.

Am I liable for unauthorized charges made with Apple Pay?

Purchases made with your Zeta Mastercard Debit Card have Mastercard Zero Liability Protection for any unauthorized card transactions. This means that you do not pay for any unauthorized transactions as long as they are reported promptly. Certain limitations apply. See your Deposit Account Agreement for complete details.

Mastercard's Zero Liability Protection covers U.S.-issued cards and does not apply to certain commercial card transactions, or any transactions not processed by Mastercard. You must notify your financial institution immediately of any unauthorized use. For specific restrictions, limitations and other details, consult your issuer.
