We do not currently offer Bill Pay as a service in the traditional sense. That said, you do have a few options to pay your bills using your Zeta Account:
1. You can log in to your bill provider's website or app and arrange payment that way, sharing your Zeta Debit Card or Account and Routing Number. This is definitely the fastest method to pay your bills. Set up Auto-Pay with them to set it and forget it :)
2. If you pay your bill using a check you can pay it within your Zeta app. Let us know who to pay, and where to send the payment. Zeta will reserve the funds in your bill reserve and pay the bill on a recurring basis, mailing the check for you.
3. If you know the personal account and routing number of someone you need to pay regularly - think a family member or landlord - you can use the Zeta App to regularly send funds to them via ACH from the Bill Reserve.
