You can start moving your Zeta Joint Cards account to its brand new and improved home by opening the Zeta Joint Cards app and clicking on the "Opt-In" messaging at the top of the screen. You will be taken through a series of prompts to opt in to your new account.
Today, that means accepting a new legal agreement and confirming your personal information. Our partner bank will then run a quick check to verify your identity. Once that's confirmed, we'll drop your Limited Edition cards in the mail. It may take your cards a few weeks to arrive, but when you finally get your hands on them, you can activate your cards in the new and improved Zeta Joint Cards app! (Before your physical cards arrive, you’ll be able to view your account and routing number in case you'd like to make any early changes.) At that time, we will work with you to move your funds over to your new account.
Remember - if you want to keep using Zeta Joint Cards you'll need to opt in to the new account. To ensure a smooth transition, please opt in by September 24, 2021.
