If you contact your Zeta Concierge to track the status of a wire transfer, it is likely that they will ask you for the IMAD/OMAD number. This number is a unique identifier assigned to your wire transfer by the Federal Reserve Bank’s FedwireService.
The wire's originating bank can provide this number to you, and we can use it to track down your wire!
