Drumroll please… Zeta Joint Cards just got better!

You should have received an email from us about your new account. This means your brand-spanking new cards are on the way! You should also see a banner in your Zeta app that encourages you to migrate to your new account. Once you receive your cards in the mail, click the banner and follow the directions to fully set up your new account! We’ve taken on a lot of the legwork of moving your account over, and we’ll remind you about anything that needs your involvement. You and your partner must opt into the upgrade in order to continue using Zeta Joint Cards past October 31, 2021. By doing so, you will continue to have access to all of the Zeta features you have come to know and love, plus a whole lot more (all still with no monthly fee). Please contact your Zeta Concierge in-app or reach out at email@example.com for support in this process! All users will receive virtual cards with their account for greater convenience, greater privacy, and instant spending.
Get notified right after you swipe your card (or after your partner swipes their card). When money enters or exits your account through a deposit, withdrawal, you’ll be notified instantly. We’ll keep you up to date on all your financial transactions.
Transactions are getting a lot more powerful. You’ll be able to tag pending transactions to keep your budget up to date.
You know we couldn’t let this upgrade happen without doing it up! Upgraded Zeta accounts will get new physical and virtual cards in our cool, iceberg green!
Lost your debit card? Don’t worry, now you can open the app and temporarily freeze it. Rest assured that all transactions made on that card will be declined. If you find your card, you can turn it back on. If you need a new card, you can request one directly in-app.
Great news, your new account comes with free access1 to even more ATMs with the Allpoint network, which includes 55,000+ ATMs. Use Allpoint’s ATM map in-app to find the ATMs closest to you.
We’ve added the ability to share images with your Zeta Concierge. Now you can send screenshots and communicate more easily with our lovely customer experience team. Or send them silly memes.
