To avoid having both you and your partner attempt to complete your taxes at the same time, we may gate your ability to start or edit a tax return while it’s in progress. That said, we’ll keep you posted once your partner has completed your return and share a summary of your refund or tax payment.
NOTE: If your partner files an individual tax return, you’ll have the option to file a separate individual return.
