Are there any limits we should be aware of?

Are there limits to how much I can transfer into or out of my account?  

As a Zeta Account user, both you and your partner may be able to transfer up to $5,000 a day into and out of the account by initiating an ACH transfer inside the Zeta app. There may be limits specific to your account or the linked accounts involved. To set up a transfer, go to Move Money > Transfers and tap the plus at the top right-hand corner of the page.

To avoid limits on our end, you can log in to your non-Zeta account's website or app and create the transfer from that side to "push" funds to your Zeta account. Doing so this way will not only avoid any Zeta limits but also provide a faster transfer experience in nearly all cases - as soon as one business day to transfer and receive your funds in your Zeta account.

Are there limits for mobile check deposits?  

There may be specific limits based on your activity, account balance, and historical usage of this feature. You can find a mobile check deposit under Move Money > Mobile Check Deposit as long as your account has VIP status. When you go to make a deposit, the app will let you know if there are any account-specific limits around the check you are wishing to deposit.

How much cash can I withdraw on my Zeta Debit Card?

You and your partner will each have a $500 ATM withdrawal limit per card per day. Limits reset at 12 am ET(New York). To find free of charge ATMs in your area, go to the Zeta App, select Move Money > ATM Map.

Are there limits to how much I can spend on my Zeta Debit Card?

Your limit will depend on your account status. If you are VIP, your debit card may have up to a $5,000 per day limit. For non-VIP, your limit will be up to $2,500 per day, per card. You can check your card limits at any time in the app from the Overview. Limits reset at 12 am ET(New York).

For those who may not be VIP, we have a process in place to review one-off temporary limit adjustments for you should you need to make a larger purchase every once in a while. Just contact your Concierge in-app if needed.
